Pricing, Payments & Orders
All listed prices are wholesale and exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and duties. Final pricing may vary based on quantity, customization, or packaging needs. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and LC (for international buyers). Orders are processed only after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance payment. Estimated lead times are shared at the time of order finalization.
Shipping, Returns & Claims
We ship both domestically and internationally. Freight, customs duties, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise. We do not accept returns for bulk orders unless the items are damaged or defective. In such cases, claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery with proper images and proof for review. After verification, replacements or credit will be issued where applicable.

Custom designs remain the client’s property only if agreed in writing. Any disputes arising from transactions will be governed by Indian law, with legal jurisdiction in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
